NOTICE The Mid County Ambulance District is requesting proposals to provide design-build services for the construction of a pre-engineered steel building addition of approximately 1,444 square feet to the existing pre-engineered steel building which will house EMS vehicles for a project known as the Mid County Ambulance District Addition. The Qualification Packet shall be received by email to: midcounty1201@ gmail.com until 2:00 PM local time on Friday June 6, 2025 and at the said time, opened for review. The required format for the proposal to be submitted to the Mid County Ambulance District is described in detail in the full copy of the Request for Qualifications and is available by emailing the Mid County Ambulance District at midcounty1201@gmail.com . A Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond in accordance with Section 153.54 of the Ohio Revised Code is required with the RFP. Bid security furnished in bond form shall be issued by a Surety Company or Corporation licensed in the State of Ohio to provide said security. The Ohio Prevailing Wage Law will apply to this Project. The Project’s substantial completion date will be October 15, 2025. The Project construction completion date will be November 15, 2025. It is anticipated that the selected firm will be authorized to proceed by June 27, 2025.
